Asia markets opened lower on Friday, following losses in the US as oil prices weighed and the market consolidated ahead of next week’s Fed meeting.
In South Korea, the Kospi was down 0.16 percent.
The Nikkei 225 in Japan was down 0.93 percent, with stocks likely under pressure from a relatively stronger yen.
