Sensex dips 400 pts, Nifty below 10,400; PSU banks fall 4-10%

BSE Sensex crumbles 256 pts
Bears took complete control of Dalal Street as the Sensex was down 402.18 points or 1.18 percent at 33,608.58 as all sectoral indices traded in the red.

The Nifty fell 128.80 points or 1.23 percent to 10,323.50. About four shares declined for every share rising on the BSE.

PSU Bank was the biggest loser among sectoral indices, falling nearly 5 percent followed by Metal that lost 2.5 percent.
