Nalco jumps 9% on a 5-fold jump in Q1 net

#Shares of National Aluminium Company (Nalco) jumped over 9 percent in Thursday’s #trade after the company posted a net profit of Rs 687 crore in June quarter, up five-fold over Rs 129 crore in the same quarter last year. The stock rose 9.12 percent to hit a high of Rs 73.55 on BSE.
